the service at Takealot.com is disgusting

I have emailing takealot.com for the last 7 days and no response from them what so ever

I have previously have 399.00 on credit and them I place an orders that require an EFT, but unfortunately i could not do EFT at that moment and then the order was cancelled, then the original credit should go back to my account, no 7 days later no credit or response what so ever !!!
