No help from Take a lot with my order which was re-delivered incomplete!!!!

I bought a ET Drive 300 Gate Motor Kit from Take a Lot Ref number #***2. Of which I was not happy with the item upon delivery. I then returned it 14 days later. They told me since it 7 days after their return policy there is nothing they can do. The item is under "warranty" but according to take a lot its my problem. Fine I gave up that fight and a month later they returned the Motor kit missing now the cable rack needed to instal it. I refused to accept an incomplete parcel and I have been calling Take a lot since October 2020 to resolve this and they have sent me from pillar to post. I paid in full for the item which I dont have with me. Its Dec 8th now still no motor delivered back to me. All agents say they escalate the problem when i call and they never call me back. I am truly not happy and disappointed that no one from Take a lot bothers to resolve this issue 3 months later. Im so tired of their empty escalations can someone conclude on this order and GIVE ME WHAT THE COMPLETE KIT OR REFUND R3994 for!!!!!!
