No help from service department

I have contacted takealot and spoken to 7 different people with multiple emails saying they will resolve my order that they mixed up. No one has been able to help me successfully over the past week. My App says that my air fryer had been delivered last week, but it was a different order that got delivered. Still no air fryer. And no help. Unacceptble.
