No help from complaints department

I had an order made in December, it was scheduled to arrive on the 31st of December 2024. I received notification that part of my order will arrive on the 30th, the rest will arrive the next day. Fair enough part of the order arrived but the rest never did. I filled in a form on their help website, they responded hours later with we will into it. 2 days later I am still waiting for something. I sent an email to the email that responded, nothing yet. Bad service and no help from their complaints department, absolutely useless.
