No help

I am really battling and no one is helping me. I understand that this cancellation is not their fault. But I need my money refunded and no one is helping me when I log tickets or requests! Its been a week now!

I ordered alcohol and then the president banned the sale of alcohol last week Sunday. I went onto their website to log a return. Still nothing has been done!

There is no need for collection as the alcohol was never delivered. Please refund me! When I log tickets your staff close it and say money will be refunded shortly - but still no money.

I did log a return, but there was no option for "non-collection" or "refund only" so I think this is the problem. I also can't cancel the return.

Either way - my order is stuck in limbo. Please assist urgently
