No Help at all with Exchange

<p>On the 8th Oct. I filed an exchange for a Q size duvet cover purchased on sale from Takealot. The reason for the request was the item arrived soiled and dirty.</p> <p>On the 13th I was credited, without any offering of any kind. Upon querying this, I was told there is no further stock. I rep**** stating I did not mind waiting for a replacement order. This time I was told they will not be ordering more of those items or that the supplier was out of stock. Understandable indeed.</p> <p>I have spent some time looking at items on their site and have found the exact same brand, slightly cheaper variant in stock at Takelaot. Why I was never offered this as a replacement is beyond me. Takealot has given this kind of service before with regards to replacements. The buyer always seems to have to do the minor work of finding a solution by themselves.</p> <p>This is even more sad because in all other departments Takealot display excellent service. I do hope they can rectify this by offering the same deal with the variant.</p>
