No Hassle returning defective goods after 2 months

i bought a wallet for my husband, he used it for 2 months after which the clip had broken. He thought they wouldn't take it back but when i contacted takealot they were more than happy to collect it. I was called and informed about when the item would be collected and received regular feedback about the process via email. i was given a credit to purchase at takealot again, i preferred a refund and they were more than pleased to provide this to me. I was very pleased with the service and will surely be purchasing from them again.
