No goods and out of R200.00

I placed an order and was informed that it would take a few days for the delivery due to the location being in an outline area. On the day of delivery, I received an email advising me that my order was sent to the incorrect courier service and there would be a delay. When I did not receive any feedback, I followed up and was advised I would receive feedback soon. I then received a notice that my account has been credited and my order 'returned'. Except for this, the R200 delivery fee is also not credited. So I am out of R200.00 and no goods. Very poor Takealot.
