No good service

I have returned 2 items for replacement. They have been collected. I’m getting sms that they have been collected from me when I received an email that they have been collected. I have been talking to more than 10 people with no proper feedback. Xmas is approaching an it seems like my items will still not be delivered. If possible can I I get a refund.

Below has been collected but I keep on getting below sms:

Hi Nomali, we tried to collect your Takealot return RRN-1783-AB0D for order # ********** 6, but couldn't. We'll reschedule.

I’m very frustrated right now. I wish I could just have bought straight from the stores. Your boxes have no fragile sticker even when goods are glasses hence they delivered broken. Can someone please assist
