No good delivery system

I recently returned a product. An epson printer combo. The scanner top was broken and the physical attributes of a fall damage to the printer etc it was deliveted and i did not even touched it, because i went on holiday to Gordons bay, but when i return after 2 weeks i wanted to unpack the printer. I did not even realized the damage and placed the ink inside. When i wanted to install the printer i saw the damage. Now i have shopped a lot at takealot even before the name change. This is a first of being accused of mishandling. I want this fixed. They refused to help me. So thats r2000 down the drain. So they have delivery people that is not qualified to do their job. Careless and wreckless.
