No Flexibility!

My parcel is at the pickup point and they refuse to give it to me as it's supposed to be delivered tomorrow. They absolutely refused to even consider just giving it to me. This is a major inconvenience and customer service is non-existent at takealot! No flexibility of any sort! I'll never buy from them again!
