No feedback when I requested assistance

I have been purchasing at takealot every month for a long time. I phoned at 8:00 this morning to ask them to help me out with my order so that I can get in in time for my son's birthday tomorrow. They said they will update me on mail. I did not get a response and sent them a mail at 09:46 with the same request. It is now 12:00 and I dont have feedback as yet? All I need to know is if they will allow me to collect my order in jhb this afternoon so that I can have a gift for my son tomorrow. It is just 1 item which they have in stock in their warehouse as per the website.
