I am very disappointed. I never agreed to a credit. I wanted the item replaced. And I was told Takealot would try and then give me feedback as to my options. Instead the matter was just closed and I was given credit. I want a replacement item because I cannot afford to pay the increased price for a replacement that is equivalent!!!! RRN-4beb-eb2a
