No feedback or solution
I received a product where a certain part wasn't included. I logged this with Takelot and got an immediate response which was greatly appreciated. The representative mentioned that the product doesn't have this part after he for some reason read the description of the product on the site, which does not list the parts. On Thursday (17/12/2015) he mentioned that he will follow this up with their products department. I then asked him when I can expect feedback and never heard from him/takealot since.
