No Feedback on refusal of declined Return

Im still waiting on feedback regarding my refusal of the decline on my return request, which the boxes were still sealed, but was declined becasue other lables on the box were torn, the boxes were never even opened. SInce Friday 29/12/2023 they are still investigating as to why am not accepting the decision. I have been calling and everytime someone escalates but I dont get any feedback from them. Such disappointing service!!!
