No feedback on my return

I have returned items I back I bought on Takealot more than 3 weeks ago. After numerous mails to their returns department I am yet to get any feedback on the progress of my return. I am blatantly being ignored. The last email from them stated I will get feedback and that my return status will be updated on the app.
