No feedback on my order

I placed a order. it was due for collection 2 December. According to the app it was shipped the 30th November... and now there is a message on the app saying my order is delayed!! I phones early this morning and they said they will phone ne back. No feedback yet!!! and now when i phonen I was holding over 10 minutes!!!
