No feedback on missing items

I made an order of 4items on the 17th Sept and only 2 are delivered. I raise the issue, provide video (driver drop off) and photographic evidence of what was recieved, I still have not recieved the missing items. Today, after following up again, I am told items will arrive next week. No explanation of what happened, nor reimbur*****t.
