No feedback from agents regarding a simple request.

So I have queried two products on Takealot. I needed to make a comparison between these two products in order for me to base my decision on which product to choose.

Now this query I made on Friday morning 29 November, a simple, basic query really. The lady emailed me the same day (I will not mention the name of the agent here), and said she will follow up and revert back to me. Two days ago, I sent a follow up email, with not even an acknowledgement. Yesterday I went back onto the Takealot site, only to find out that one of the products I wanted to purchase, is out of stock! I then proceeded to log another query, and ofcourse, no response. The only thing I requested was the exact dimensions of both those products. It was that simple! The description of those two products were vague, and did not provide the information I was looking for.

So now what do I do because one of the products I requested information on, is now out of stock.
