no feedback a month later

About a month ago I placed a order at takealot.normally I have no issues I do the COD option. I placed my order and I was not able to do tbis option order no***.Nowhere on any of the Iitems ordered did it state that the options not available I then emailed [email protected] got a response saying they having a problem with there systems because of a merge but they will soet it out and get back to me.i then got a email saying my order was cancelled I am really disappointed. I so badly wanted those items but never again that experience really left me dissapointed.
