NO FEEDBACK!!!!

Struggling to get an order cancelled and a refund processed!!!! Placed an order on 06/05/2025 which was to be dispatched by 07/05/2025 for delivery 12/05/2025. On 09/05/2025 I received an SMS notifying me that my parcel will be delivered 10/05/2025. Then suddenly on 10/05/2025 I received an email stating that the parcel which I was notified on 09/05/2025 was at George depot and will be delivered on 10/05/2025 had been lost in transit, and a replacement will be delivered on 21/05/2025!?!?!? No good I am sorry to say! I have since then been trying to no avail to cancel the order and get a refund processed!!!!! Shotty service indeed! Simply no response!!!!
