I purchased a Jeronimo Motorcycle for my son but half an hour after i purchased the item, i changed my mind so i sent an email and phoned to cancel my order and i was told that it was already with the courier company so i need to log a return and give confirmation thereof to the driver when he arrives and ask him to take it back to the Warehouse, which i did yesterday.<br> <br> I followed up on my profile and telephonically and nobody can find the motorcycle or provide me with any answers. They said they would query the matter and get back to me which has not happened.<br> <br> The money has been debited from my account and i am left with nothing but frustration.<br> <br> Strange, when i try and cancel an order then it's a huge issue and get's delivered promptly but i order Nappies which is a definite necessity, then there is a delay and i am STILL waiting for information.<br> <br> I understand that it's a busy time of year but this is just ridiculous.<br> <br>
You are entitled to cancel your order prior to the point at which it is shipped for delivery. Should you wish to cancel your order thereafter you can do so in accordance with our returns policy. As explained by our complaints team our policy dictates that an item first needs to be returned to our warehouse before a refund can be processed. Returned products could take 2-5 business days to reach our warehouse, depending on when the collection is scheduled.
With regards to your Pampers order we can confirm that delivery is still on track to take place tomorrow as per the promised delivery date.
