No exchange/return at Takealot.com. It’s like buying from Marabastad

Poor customer service, I’ve been put on hold for over 40minutes when a call the return department. Received many emails from them but until to day my item has not been returned/ no refund either.

Received an email saying refund was processed on the 12th June but nothing has reflected on my acc.
