No effort from takealot to resolve issue with delivery

Never using this service again. After a very long lead time there was apparently an issue with the delivery address and someone would call... No call received and this went on for another whole week! My attempts to contact them to resolve were not successful, nor was i offered any alternative solution from their side. I still do not know why they could not find the address of a business with the exact address and plenty of signage outside. I was relieved to get notification i at least get a refund, only to find i am still charged a delivery fee when no delivery was made. I am paying for a lack of service and don't even know why. This was once a great service but those days are obviously long gone. Disgusting!
