No Delivery without notification
I'm so IRRITATED and ANNOYED with Takealot, the order i placed last week Wednesday still has not been delivered. When I called the delivery service they told me FEDEX was supposed to send me an SMS informing me that the delivery will be sent within 48 Hours starting today. This is TOTALLY unacceptable. It seems like your SERVICE is deteriorating, your LEVEL of SERVICE has gone from Excellent to BAD and WORSE! Now I need to go buy MILK from Shoprite because your Delivery is delayed, I have to spend again. I'M REALLY IRRITATED )-: If this order is not DELIVERED tomorrow by 11:00 cancel the stupid order. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY NXAAAAA
