No delivery within time period advertised
I was looking to place an order online, withing their time limits for Christmas delivery, and when I get to the checkout, the advertised express delivery is not an option. I had to call in to actually find out that its no longer an option.<br> There still is no indication or notification saying this on their site, it still says I can take express deliver to get goods today.<br> I wanted my gifts for Christmas, but thanks for ruining that for me.

We understand your disappointment by not being offered the Same Day or Express Shipping option for your order. While our website does present all shipping options available, it is still subject to certain conditions and we will only offer options to a customer upon checkout that we are able to fulfil.
As it stands we are not able to guarantee delivery for your particular order in time for Christmas and therefore did not offer the express option to you.
As with all our deliveries, we will endeavour to get your parcel delivered to you as soon as possible.
