No delivery!! Where is my order?

My order was never delivered on the address prescribed. I then searched for a way to contact takelot (as our business closed for the year)... to request them to deliver to my home address. I have emailed them endlessly and each and every day they still go to our office and then sms me that the delivery was unsuccessful. I email them every day to beg them to deliver at my home address. This is really not a nice experience. I will not recommend ordering from them from the 18th of Dec ... as you will only receive your order in Jan
