No delivery to date

I have been a client of takealot for years and while their service has always been mediocre my last dealing with them has set a new standard.

My parcel is 5 days late ( and counting ) from the promised delivery date, Mr D call centre keeps singing the same song "It will be delivered tomorrow". This is poor service coupled with a unhelpful call centre.
