No Delivery since 24 Desember

Ive placed an order to be delivered on the 24 Desember in George delivery never made it because delivery company wanted to deliver in somer suid wes..... I was not near there as i said it must have been delivered to GEORGE since then ive talked to allot of people grom take alot for fixing this issue for me... i am no longer in george as i am back home in pretoria. I should have getting my delivry today but gues what ive received nothing as the courier company says the package must go back to cape town... i been patient and all but not anymore i will really like a refund on my product as soon as possible!
