No delivery- poor service- lies

I placed an order with takealot for R2300 and at first I was told that my order will be delivered on the 11th March then sms's saying my order will be delivered on Friday 6 March....today when I track my order it says delivered I called customer service waited for 17 minutes and they told me my parcel was delivered to my house address and I signed for the parcel at 16h00. At that time I was at work, nobody called to tell me my parcel is being delivered and I didn't even receive the parcel. I stay in a block of flats I don't even know my neighbors.

If takealot really delivered, how careless will that be for them to deliver to someone not known to me?
