No delivery - Pathetic service

I am not happy with Takealot , I placed an order on the 13th for delivery on the 15th which is today. No delivery was made today and no communication or updates regarding my order.

The goods ordered were for an event which is happening tomorrow afternoon. I tried to contact them using the Chat to us option as well as "Contact Us" but all I got were AI generated responses which kept telling to check status which still reflected delivery by 15 October.

This is totally unacceptable as I now have to make alternative plans as I don't know when the order will be delivered and after cancellation I need to wait 4 days to be refunded. Such an inconvenience, what annoys me the most is I pay for the Takealot more monthly to expedite my orders but I don't even get my order not even a mere order delayed email.
