No Delivery order on 28 May 2015 and still waiting

Online small Order from Takealot on 28 May 2015, delivery date said to be 02/06/2015<br> <br> No delivery on 02/06/2015 and no call, online tracking showing: Delivery attempt failed, Customer - Not available, bull!!!!!!<br> <br> I Phoned on 03/06/2015 and they apparently did not have my contact details, delivery team promised to deliver between 18:00 and 19:00 on 03/06/2015, no one pitched and had to wait and cancel other appointments.<br> <br> I phoned again 04/06/2015 and they could not get hold of me and i was not home according to them, no calls received and no one came to my home address.<br> <br> Since Takealot and Kalahari joined it seems to become a disaster as i would never got this bad service from Kalahari and never have, even for a small order.<br> <br> I suggest order end pick up by yourself / or not using Takelot as an online store at all.<br> <br>
