No delivery or refund. Considering to report this as a *******

This complaint is about customer service and communication from Takealot. Not a delayed delivery complaint...We ordered and paid on the 17th of May 2020. Delivery sms was received for the 22nd of May. Nothing arrived. We received no help from Takealot... Our queries were answered by what seems to be artificial intelegence systems. We managed to track down the courier company and negotiated with them for a partial delivery. This was done on the 4th of June. We are still waiting feedback and or delivery of a chair worth over 5grand. Thw courier company states that they never received the item, Takealot has still not given feedback. We will certainly NEVER order anything from TAKEALOT again.
