No delivery or order 13 days since order and no refund either

<p>Order placed and paid in full on 04/11/16. Ten days later no delivery, cancelled the order. Call Centre agent extremely arrogant and rude. Call Centre agent promised refund to reflect within 2 - 3 working days. Queried on 3rd working day (13days after order was placed) - Call Centre supervisor Revon (Refused to give his surname) has a story that refund takes 5 working days?! When asked to speak to Management Revon refused request. Thus NO Management to report to, only Call Centre contact which is actually Mr. Delivery so Takealot.com is in fact Mr Delivery, not prepared to resolve any problem, nor refund a client in the same manner as they demand payment, Staff attitude is simply take our service as it is or leave it - PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT TAKEALOT.COM - Suspicious and clearly not above board. </p>
