No delivery, only excuse after excuse

I purchased items on 19 December (order no ***5) and was advised that the delivery date would be 30 December. A few days later I received an sms indicating that the order will be delivered on 24 December. I called takealot on 24 December confirming the delivery, I was told that the courier sent the message in error my order will be delivered on the 30th. I have been told this morning that my order cannot be delivered today as the courier company has not received the parcel yet, according to the tracking information the courier received the order on 20 December. I am no longer interested in your excuses and lies, I would like the order to be cancelled and my money back asap.
