No delivery on scheduled date

Delivery Drivers are lazy and don't deliver on the scheduled date. I received a message that I was unavailable for Delivery. I live in an access-controlled complex and the gate phones the residents when there are any deliveries at the gate to get confirmation that the delivery is indeed intended for the resident. At the time of the message from Takelot, I was receiving a parcel from a different courier company so I was definitely at the delivery address.
