No delivery on Pre-ordered item

Disappointed with [URL Removed]<br> <br> I preorder Final Fantasy XIV - Heavensward on the 18th June 2015, expected delivery date 23rd June 2015, same day as release.<br> <br> Now not only did takealot deliver the early access code late on Monday the 22nd June (early access started on the 19th June, a friday which i was expecting to play the weekend) even cancelled with another supplier and they STILL sent me an early access key (on friday morning) even AFTER i cancelled, which i gave back to them. Now its taking an additional day to even leave the warehouse. As they initially shipped it to the wrong dispatch<br> <br> I called yesterday 23rd June asking where the package is and they said i should expect it today (24th June). So i phone Mr.Delivery express and they say that i MIGHT get it this afternoon but mostly likely only on Thursday. A FULL 2 DAYS AFTER EXPECTED DELIVERY AND RELEASE.<br> <br> Need to get your delivery guys sorted ASAP.
