No delivery on guaranteed delivery

<p>I ordered a playstation controller with guaranteed delivery of 26th November. I waited the whole day with nothing happening. I called and they said they are out of stock yet the website said no such thing or I would have ordered form another online store that still had stock. I want that option. And to make it worse I have not received any emails or calls to tell me what is going on. </p>
