No Delivery on date promised

I bought a product on Tuesday 17/10/15 and was told that it would be delivered to my office by Thursday 19/10/15. Later on the evening I received a SMS saying that it will be delivered on Wednesday 18/10/15 before 3pm. The parcel was not delivered by 15:30 when I left work. When I got to work on Thursday no package was delivered and I phone the delivery service as the tracking information noted that the delivery had failed. I called the delivery service and they told me that the package did not arrive at the depot. They later called me and asked what time it can be delivered and i requested before 3pm. I received another sms to say that the package will be delivered before 5pm. When I called to say that i would not be at the office at that time they told me that the parcel did not arrive at the Cape Town depot from JHB. Each time the agent I spoke to apologised but still no package was delivered.
