No delivery of the same order for the 3rd time

I placed an order on takealot and they were supposed to deliver on the 19th Dec before 3pm. Then i get an update saying the vehicle broke down. I closed at work on the 19th and takealot refused to change the delivery address to my home address. I had to then create another order and scheduled delivery for the 28th and takealot confirmed they'd deliver before 5pm. I called at 4h50pm and they said the driver will still deliver. At 5h05pm i get an sms saying they couldn't deliver. I wasted my airtime again to call takealot and they had no answers. Could not even contact the driver. Then takealot rescheduled delivery for today the 29th before 10am. I called takealot at 9h40am to confirm and they said it will be delivered before 10am. At 10h05 i get an sms saying they tried to deliver and they couldn't. I wasted my airtime again and still no answers to why my parcel wasn't delivered.

This is unacceptable and a total disappointment from takealot.!!! I want my parcel or my money back then I'm never shopping with takealot again!
