No delivery of package

<p>I paid for the "guaranteed" same day delivery this was 2 days ago and I still don't have my package all I get is people calling me to confirm the delivery that never comes. Since the same day delivery is a bit more than the normal delivery so asked for my difference back in my account but I got takeaLot credits instead meaning I'm forced to buy again from them after such terrible service and this is the reason exactly online shopping will never as big here as in other countries.</p>
