NO DELIVERY OF ORDER

I ordered items from Takealot and it's 10 days later and I'm still waiting for delivery. They now claim they cannot find the delivery address despite me including a pin location at the time of ordering. Tracking my parcel it says that Takealot will contact me to reschedule delivery, but that's not happened. There is also no way to contact Takealot telephonically. The best advice I can give anyone is to just avoid Takealot completely. Their way of dealing with customers is appalling! Once bitten, twice shy. Never, never again! AVOID TAKEALOT. AVOID TAKEALOT!!!!!
