No delivery of goods, no explanation
Purchased some items on [URL Removed] took the option of guaranteed delivery on Saturday 27/06/2015, at additional cost to me. Found that delivery simply did not take place on stipulated date. No communication or explanation as to the cause of the delay was presented to me by [URL Removed] <br> <br> Order # ***Ordered on Thursday 25th of June 2015 05:07:11 PM Payment Received<br>

We've noted that the Huawei B593LTE WiFi Router has a lead time of 3 - 5 working days, which could explain the delay, but then guaranteed weekend delivery shouldn't have been made available to you. Once again we're sorry for the troubles with this order and will get this cleared up and sorted out as quickly as possible. We'll also request a refund for your delivery fee.
