No delivery of goods and default refund

I ordered a gift for my 2year old son three weeks ago on special, made payment and waited. Started receiving messages that the delivery would take place but no one called. I received these messages on three occassion, without any contact details for me to call them and find out where they are. I work for a huge organisation, who has a delivery room but somehow the goods were not delivered. last week i get a message that my account has been refunded. I continued to ask them how was this done and to prove to me that they tried to contact me. They have since not clarified this. I suspect they did not have stock or have a problem with the delivery outsourcing. They are now not prepared to take ownership for the issue and are now leaving me out of pocket to try and source another product and a higher cost one week before christmas. THey have no client centricity in end to end resolution of my matter. I am totally FRASTRATED and ask them on numerous times to call me but till today, nothing. Return RRN-31ea-8dae
