No delivery no updates

I'm really disappointed with your service.

This is for the second time from last order I did. Your delivery guys don't stick to the delivery days.

I was supposed to get my delivery last week and you sent email failure to do so, of which I understood.

This morning you sent an sms for delivery no show up no updates and you expect a customer to trust you if you schedule another delivery time.

Clearly you are disrespectful when comes to customer time.
