No delivery no service

Agter numerous mails with empty promises regarding my delayed order...still nothing...not even an email anymore. My order was supposed to be here on the 4th of December...now almost Christmas, still nothing! Im honestly furious and so annoyed with this bad service!!!! I will never order from them again and this is not the first time this has happened!!!!
