No delivery. No notification. No way to collect it myself.

My parcel was due to arrive today by 17:00. I still haven't received my parcel. No one has phoned, emailed or even sent an SMS to notify me. And still no update on the app either. It's now 19:00.

I ordered 5 days ago so that my order would be here by today, I need it for a function tomorrow morning.
