NO DELIVERY, NO HELP, NO ANSWERS
I ordered a book from [URL Removed] on Wednesday 9/12, I received an sms from them indicating that I will receive my book by Thursday 10/12 before 5pm, which never happened. On Friday 11/12 I phoned to try and find out where the book is upon which I was promised to receive the book before the end of the day. That never happened either. On Monday 14/12 I phoned about 7 times in which case everyone said that they will try to get to the bottom of it and phone me back, but nobody ever phoned back, so I had to keep on phoning and kept on hearing empty promises that they will try and help me and phone back and make sure that I receive the book before the end of the day. It never happened. On Tuesday 15/12 after phoning 5 people again, somebody was finally honest and indicated that the book probably went missing and they reordered the book for me to be delivered on Thursday 17/12, WHICH NEVER HAPPENED EITHER. As I am sitting here now, on Friday I still haven't received my book and I am leaving for the holidays today. I bought this as a Christmas gift for my mother, which I now will not be able to give to her. I AM UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED and will never make use of [URL Removed] ever again!!!!

We're the first to admit that things don't always go 100% according to plan the first time around, but the least we should have done was to keep you up to date on the status of the matter. Had this been done we could've avoided this unpleasant experience and further disappointment caused.
Once we've sorted out your delivery our complaints team will look into the issues that have led to this poor experience. They'll make sure that these are addressed with the responsible parties and corrected to avoid a similar disappointing experience from happening again.
