No delivery no feedback

I sent a email on the 09 June 2020 no answer just a automated reply that they would get back. Phone them on the 09 June 2020 spoke to an agent he said they would get back within 24 Hr still have not herd from them. The website claims my order would be delivered by the 11 June 2020. No delivery no feedback. This order was placed on the 26 May Order No ***2
