No delivery, no communication

I ordered and paid for pots that should have been delivered on 07.05.2019 and to this day I am still waiting for my package, I am not getting any communication from the service, I logged a ticket on their platform and I am not receiving any assistance I tried tracking it on the app the update on the 9th was courier delayed and I would be contacted to schedule delivery nothing has happened and my patience is running out ,the service is poor .
